Fast answers on suspect materials

Our operatives take samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), package and send them for analysis by a UKAS-accredited laboratory, and report the results to you with a plain-English recommendation.

We carried out more than 180 ACM sample tests, surveys and removals for our clients in the last year alone, typically on Artex ceilings, floor tiles and adhesives, soffits, cement sheet garages and older boiler and pipe insulation found during insurance reinstatement works.

Refurbishment & demolition surveys

Where works will disturb the fabric of a pre-2000 building, a management survey is not enough. We arrange intrusive R&D surveys scoped to the works, so the contractor knows exactly what is present before strip-out begins.

Removal & air testing

From positive result to clearance certificate

When a material tests positive we manage what happens next. Non-licensed materials such as cement products, floor tiles and textured coatings are removed by trained operatives under controlled conditions and disposed of through licensed carriers with consignment notes. Where a licensed contractor is required by law we appoint and supervise one on your behalf.

Independent air testing and a clearance certificate close the job so the reinstatement can proceed with a documented record for the client and insurer.
